24 hours a day, 365 days a year Secure Control Centre (Global Telemetrics) allowing the tracking device to be fully monitored throughout the UK and Europe.

Our ISO certification backs our operations, and all of our Secure Control Centre staff are SIA licenced.  

All SmarTrack subscribed vehicle tracking systems, including fleet tracking and wireless vehicle tracking options, have the added benefit of theft monitoring. If your vehicle is stolen, please call our dedicated theft number on 0808 1684 999. The Global Telemetrics team will assist in locating your vehicle and liaise with the police on your behalf.

As well as our work with all police forces, Global Telemetrics use independent repatriation investigators around the world to help recover vehicles. These teams have extensive local knowledge and can assist in the recovery of our customers’ vehicles.

In 2023 alone, we recovered £39.4 Million Pounds worth of stolen vehicles with our tracking systems fitted. Our most expensive vehicle that we recovered was a Mclaren P1, valued around £1.8 Million Pounds.
